This policy describes how Digital Genius (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit this website or interact with the customer-communication services (the “CallRescue” program) we operate on behalf of participating local service businesses. 1. Information we collect
- Website contact forms: name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us.
- Messaging services: your phone number, your name if provided, the content of text messages exchanged with a participating business, and call metadata (caller ID, time of call, and voicemail recordings you choose to leave).
2. How we use information
- To connect you with the business you contacted — for example, texting you back after a missed call and forwarding your replies to that business.
- To send service follow-ups (such as a review invitation) on behalf of a business you hired, where you provided your number to that business.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through this website.
- To maintain records of message delivery, opt-ins, and opt-outs as required by law and carrier policies.
3. Text-messaging data is never sold or shared for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Limited sharing
We share information only with: (a) the participating business you contacted, so it can serve you — your messages and phone number are visible to that business alone; (b) telecommunications infrastructure providers (such as Twilio) solely to transmit calls and messages; and (c) authorities where disclosure is required by law. We never sell personal information.
5. Retention & security
Message logs and call records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and carrier record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections.
6. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages immediately.
- Email to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
7. Children
Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
