1. The messaging program
Digital Genius operates a customer-communication service (the “CallRescue” program) on behalf of participating local service businesses in the United States. The program sends one-to-one, conversational text messages of two kinds:
- Missed-call replies — when you call a participating business and your call goes unanswered, you receive a courtesy text response to your inquiry so the business can get back to you.
- Service follow-ups — after a completed job or appointment, you may receive a follow-up message, such as an invitation to review the business, if you provided your mobile number to that business.
The program does not send bulk marketing, promotional blasts, or messages to purchased contact lists.
2. Opt-in
You will only receive messages from this program if you (a) placed a phone call to a participating business, in which case you may receive a reply to that inquiry, or (b) provided your mobile number directly to a participating business and agreed to receive service-related follow-ups. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your interaction — typically one to three messages per inquiry or completed job. This is not a recurring subscription program.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Digital Genius does not charge you to receive messages.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to your number. You can also request removal by emailing .
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact for assistance.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Information collected through the program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
